#Simple Stamping and Simply Happy Card!

Today's card is so pretty, and so simple to make!  Not a lot of fancy tools or techniques, just simple stamping and two die cut framelets.  I used the Vibrant Vases stamp set, (which is carrying over to the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog), and the Happiness Blooms Designer Series paper. Love how "happy" this paper is!

INCREDIBLE LIKE YOU STAMP SET!

Love the flower image in this stamp set and the sentiments.  This was the first time I sat down and stamped with it, and I will be using it a lot more!

Two of the flowers are stamped on the cardstock, and the third one was stamped and then fussy cut and placed on the card for dimension with dimensionals.  Love the colors in both of these cards using Pear Pizzaz, Grapefruit Grove, and Gorgeous Grape.  The Designer Series Paper is from the Botanical Butterflies DSP set.  It is such beautiful paper! (And yes, it's free right now with a $50.00 order!)

The butterfly was punched out from the DSP with the Butterfly Duet Punch.

Incredible like you2

This set also comes with a project kit.  The project kit has beautiful laser cut paper, glimmer paper, and colorful lined envelopes.  All are available in my online store.

Again, if you purchase $50.00 in products,  you can get the beautiful Botanical Butterflies  Designer Series Paper free until March 31st.  AND...use the March host code (MSZEVHG4) and receive a package of Glitter Enamel Dots FREE from me!  See the supplies I used below.

Tri-Fold Card with Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper

Last week I made some tri-fold cards that I shared on my blog.  I enjoyed making them so much, I decided to make some with the beautiful Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper.  Ahh...so easy to make, and the paper is so pretty! It's also FREE with a $50.00 order (before shipping and tax).

Card recipe is below:

ButterflyDSPtrifoldcard2

CARD BASE: 8 1/2" X 5 1/2", SCORED ON EACH END AT 2 1/8" (Gorgeous Grape)

CARD STOCK FOR MAT LAYER ON FRONT (2) - WHISPER WHITE, 5 3/8" X 2 1/8"

DSP FOR EACH SIDE (2) - 5 1/4" X 2" BOTANICAL BUTTERFLY DSP FROM SALE-A-BRATION CATALOG

INSIDE DSP FOR MAT PIECE - 5 1/4" X 4" BOTANICAL BUTTERLFY DSP

INSIDE CARD STOCK, WHISPER WHITE - 5" X 3 3/4"

CUT OUT LARGE CIRCLE FOR FRONT USING STITCHED SHAPES FRAMELITS (LARGEST CIRCLE).

PUNCH OUT SCALLOP SHAPE USING STARBURST PUNCH.

STAMP SENTIMENT ON WHITE SCALLOP PIECE WITH GORGEOUS GRAPE INK. I USED FOREVER LOVELY and CLIMBING ROSES STAMP SETS.

ON LEFT SIDE OF FRONT, ADHERE ONE 13" PIECE OF ORGANDY RIBBON.  ADHERE ANOTHER 8" PIECE AND LAY ACROSS THE FRONT TO THE RIGHT.  BRING THE LONG 13" PIECE ON THE LEFT AROUND THE BACK OF THE CARD TO THE FRONT RIGHT.  A SMALL AMOUNT OF ADHESIVE ON THE BACK OF THE CARD WILL HELP HOLD THE RIBBON IN PLACE.

POP THE SENTIMENT PIECE ON THE FRONT WITH DIMENSIONALS, ADHERING TO THE LEFT SIDE ONLY.

ENJOY!!

Fall Is In the Air!

Country Homepm

The days are growing shorter, and the leaves are starting to turn!  I'm ready for cooler weather, and the orange clad hills.  This card, created with the new Stampin' Up stamp set, "Country Home" and Tin Tile embossing folder suggests cozy time in the kitchen or by the fire.

The gray cardstock was embossed with the Tin Tile embossing folder, and then I lightly sponged on Blackberry Bliss ink with a sponge dauber.

Contact me for more information, or to join my team!! Happy September!

Thoughts and Prayers

This sweet card is for a friend going through cancer treatment.  Love the cheery colors, and hope it will cheer her up as well!  The card is made using the masking technique while sponging on the background color, then stamped and ribbon attached.  One of my favorite techniques! The stamps are from the Thoughts and Prayers stamp set by Stampin' Up.
