To a Wild Rose and Woven Heirlooms Stamp Set

I think white-on-white is beautiful, and especially so with a touch of pink!  How about you?  The flowers were created with To A Wild Rose Stamp set. The roses, label, and lattice design are die cut with Wild Rose dies.  The base piece these are on is embossed with Pine Wood Planks 3D embossing folder. Sentiment is from Woven Threads stamp set. Oh so pretty!

SUPPLIES:

PAPER: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 Whisper White scored at 4 1/4 for card base; 5 1/4 x 4 Whisper White for embossed piece; scrap pieces of Whisper White for roses, leaves, and sentiment; 5 x 3 3/4 Whisper White for inside sentiment; 5 1/4 x 4 Blushing Bride for inside mat.

STAMPS: To a Wild Rose, Woven Threads.

INK: Momento Black for sentiments, Rococo Rose and Blushing Bride for Roses, Mossy Meadow and Old Olive for leaves. Doffodil Delight dark Stampin' Blend for center of roses.

TOOLS: Paper Cutter, Die cutting machine, Wild Rose Dies, Dimensionals, Multi-purpose liquid glue, Mini glue dots.

EMBELLISHMENTS:  Gingham Gala Adhesive-backed Sequins, Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon.

DIRECTIONS:

Stamp Roses and leaves.  Use Daffodil Delight stampin' blend on center of roses. Stamp outside sentiment.  Die cut all with appropriate dies.  Die cut lattice piece. Emboss 5 1/4x 4" Whisper White piece with Pine Wood Plank embosssing folder.  Glue lattice piece onto lower front of embossed piece.  Wrap Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon around lower part of card over lattice piece and tie.  Use dimensionals on sentiment piece and place on card.  Glue on leaves.  Use dimensionals on roses and adhere. Add sequins to label.  For inside, adhere pink piece to base.  Stamp sentiment on Whisper White piece and adhere.

Easy Cute Gift Card Holder With Let It Snow Embellishment Kit

This was one of the easiest gift card holders I've ever made.  I think it's pretty cute.

Here's what you need to make this gift card holder:

PAPER: scrap piece of Very Vanilla for tag on front; Gold Mini Pizza Box

STAMP SET: Itty Bitty Christmas for the sentiment

INK: Golden Glitz Delicata Metallic Ink

EMBELLISHMENTS: Let It Snow Embellishment Kit; Holiday Rhinestones

TOOLS: Tear 'n Tape; mini dimenstionals; Classic Label punch

DIRECTIONS:

Adhere Snowman elements with Tear'n Tape to Gold Mini Pizza Box.  Stamp sentiment on scrap Very Vanilla with Gold Ink.  Adhere to pizza box with mini dimensionals.  Add Rhinestones.

Beautiful Friendship Fall Birthday Card

The Beautiful Friendship stamp set is one of my very favorites! I used it to make a birthday card with fall colors. I also used one of the Heirloom Frames embossing folders:

Here is the card recipe:

SUPPLIES:

CARDSTOCK - Pretty Peacock for card base, 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4".  5 1/4 x 4" Terracotta Tile for mat on the front. 5 x 3" Very Vanilla cardstock for embossing and stamping on the front.

STAMP SETS - Beautiful Friendship, Wonderful Moments (sentiment).

INK - Pretty Peacock, Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral, Pear Pizzazz

TOOLS - Heirloom Frames embossing folder, multipurpose liquid glue or snail adhesive, Paper Trimmer, 

EMBELLISHMENTS - Pretty Peacock Scallop Linen Ribbon, Gingham Gala Sequins

DIRECTIONS:

Emboss Very Vanilla Piece with oval Heirloom Frame embossing folder.  Stamp flowers and leaves.  Stamp sentiment.

Wrap linen ribbon around the Terracotta Tile piece and adhere. Adhere T Tile piece to card base.  Adhere Very Vanilla piece on top. Add sequins and enjoy!!

Easel Card With Merry Moose Stamp Set

I just love the Merry Moose stamp set and Moose punch!  I CASED this easel card from Ronda Wade at  Becreative.com.  It is not only cute, but easy to make!

I've used DSP from three different paper collections.  From the Toile Christmas:

Here's what you need to make this card:

SUPPLIES:

PAPER:

5 1/2 X 8 1/2" cardstock for card base, scored at 4 1/4"

5 1/4 x 4" Whisper White card stock for inside sentiment

Scrap pieces of Crumb Cake for the moose and the Pretty Label Punch Tag. Scrap piece of Whisper White for the 2" punch.

Designer Series Paper - 2 pieces 1 1/4 x 4" and 2 pieces 2 x 2 3/8"

STAMPS:

Merry Moose stamp set

INK:

Soft Suede and Mint Macaron or Shaded Spruce for trees, Cherry Cobbler

TOOLS:

Moose punch, 2" punch, Pretty Label Punch, Paper trimmer, snail adhesive or liquid multipurpose glue, dimensionals.

EMBELLISHMENTS:

Happiness Blooms enamel dots

DIRECTIONS:

Score card base at 4 1/4". Line up card base at 1 1/2" on 5 1/2" end and cut up to the 4 1/4" score mark in the middle of the card base.  Flip to other side and do the same - line base up at 1 1/2" mark and cut up to 4 1/4" score mark in the middle of the card.  You will have three flaps on one side of the card - one large flap in the middle and two smaller flaps on each side.  

Line the middle flap up on the 2 1/8" mark and score.  This is to create the easel.

Adhere DSP pieces to flaps.

Stamp sentiment on inside sentiment piece and adhere to card base.

Glue down the two thin outside flaps.

Stamp two trees on the 2" circle punch with Shaded Spruce or Mint Macaron.  Stamp the star with Crushed Curry.  Stamp the Moose in Soft Suede and punch him out.  Stamp the scarf on Cherry Cobbler paper with Cherry Cobbler ink.  Fussy cut the scarf.  Glue to the moose.  Adhere the moose to the 2" white circle with dimensionals.  Glue onto the front part of the middle flap.

Stamp the sentiment for the front tag and punch out with the Pretty Label Punch. Adhere to the card base with dimensionals.

Easy Card With Let it Ride!

This was one of the cards at a class in Binghamton this last weekend.  The Let it Ride stamp set is one that can be used for many occasions. I love images of the beautiful horses in this stamp set!  The NIght of Navy/Sahara Sand Baker's twine goes so well with the Wood grain and Cherry Cobbler Papers.  Supplies and DIrections are below.

PAPER:

Card base - Cherry Cobbler, 4 1/4 x 11" scored at 5 1/2" ; Whisper White for mat piece, 5 3/8 x 4 1/8"; Wood grain pattern from Pressed Petals specialty DSP; NIght of Navy for inside mat - 5 1/4 x 4"; Whisper White for inside sentiment - 5 x 3 3/4"' Whisper White scrap pieces for die cut pieces on front, Cherry Cobbler DSP for front, 1 1/2 x 4 1/4"

STAMP SETS:

Let it Ride (page 154, Annual Catalog), Nature's Beauty

INK:

Soft Suede, Crumb Cake, Night of Navy

TOOLS:

Stampin' Trimmer, Die cut machine, Stitched Rectangle dies, Stitched Shapes Dies, multipurpose liquid glue, dimensionals, Light Crumb Cake Stampin' Blend Pen, mini glue dots.

EMBELLISHIMENTS:

Night of Navy/Sahara Sand Baker's Twine, Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots.

DIRECTIONS:

Cut cardstock, DSP and Die cut pieces.  

Stamp Horse image in Soft Suede.  Stamp Tree (from Nature's Beauty) in Crumb Cake.  Stamp sentiment for front in NIght of Navy.

Adhere Whisper White mat piece, wood grain piece and Cherry Cobbler DSP to front.  Wrap baker's twine around twice and tie a bow.  Stabilize with glue dot.

Add dimensionals to back of die cut pieces (horse image and sentiment) and adhere to front.

For inside, adhere Night of Navy mat piece and then Whisper White piece.

Pretty Card With Rooted in Nature

I love the versatility of this stamp set.  It is great to use this time of year on a card with Fall colors.  But, it's also wonderful for any time of year and used for anything from birthdays to sympathy cards.  

This card was made with soft colors, Mint Macaron, Crumb Cake and Soft Suede:

SUPPLIES:

PAPER: 8 1/2 X 5 1/2" Crumb Cake, Mint Macaron scored at 4 1/4"; Crumb Cake, 5 3/8 x 4 1/8" for mat piece; Very Vanilla 5 1/8 x 3 7/8" for front and 5 1/4 x 4 for inside.

INK: Crumb Cake, Mint Macaron, Blushing Bride.

STAMP SET: Rooted in Nature.

TOOLS: Nature's Roots dies, Snail adhesive, Liquid glue, Mini glue dots, Die cutting machine.

EMBELLISHMENTS: Linen Thread, Gold Faceted Gems

 

DIRECTIONS:

Die cut Mint Macron leaves.  Stamp set of three leaves with Blushing Bride and die cut.  Stamp wood piece on card with Mint Macaron.  Stamp sentiment and leaves with Crumb Cake.  Wrap Linen Thread around front piece, and tie bow.  Add glue dot to stabilize.  Layer leaves and adhere to card.  Add Gem to center. Stamp inside piece and adhere to card.

Silver and Blue Card With Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper

This card combines the simplicity of the punched pine trees with the beautiful photographic Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper. The paper is gorgeous and adds so much to the card!

It's hard to tell in this picture, but the frame and solid color tree are made of silver foil.  here's what you need to make this card:

PAPER

Card base - 8 1/2 x 5 1/2" Seaside Spray card stock scored at 4 1/4"

Whisper White - 5 1/4 x 4" for mat, 1 x 3 1/2" for sentiment;  5 1/4 x 4" for inside sentiment; scrap piece for stamped tree

Silver foil - 5 x 3 3/4"

Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper, 4 3/4 x 3"

Night of Navy

EMBELLISHMENTS

Seaside Spray metallic ribbon

Holiday Rhinestones

TOOLS

Multipurpose glue, Snail adhesive, dimensionals

PIne Tree Punch

Directions:

Adhere Whisper White mat to card base.  Punch out silver foil tree from foil where it won't show with the DSP over it.  Adhere DSP on silver foil piece.  Adhere ribbon around this piece and then glue onto Whisper White mat.  

Stamp plaid tree and then punch out.  Adhere trees to front.  Use dimensionals on silver foil tree.  

Stamp sentiment on 1 x 3 1/2" Whisper White piece.  Flag end and add dark blue rhinestones.  Pop up on card front with dimensionals.

Stamp inside Whisper White piece.

Here are a couple of more cards that are similar.  On these I've used the reverse side of the Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper for the silver.

Cute Fall Box

This box is easy to make and so cute with the fall sunflower using the daisy punch! Use it for a small gift and put some happy in someone's day!  The directions are similar to the box directions I posted in September, except the top is decorated differently.

Score the piece of Terracotta Tile cardstock along the 7 1/2" side at 1/2", 1 3/4", 4", 5 1/4", 6 3/4".  Score on the two 6 3/4" sides at 1 1/4"

Cut the two rectangles on each end as shown above.

Cut up remaining edges to 1 1/4" score line:

Fold on scored lines using Bone Folder:

Beginning on end with larger rectangle, use Tear Tape to attach flaps and begin to form box.  End with small 1/2" scored piece is flap to close box.

 

 

Punch the daisy using paper from the Come to Gather Designer Series Paper.  Use the large Daisy Punch for the base and the medium Daisy Punch for the top two layers.  Adhere ribbon in place.  Adhere flower on top.

Use the 1/2 punch for the center of the flower and also the edge of the top to open the box.

PAPER:

Coastal Cabana card stock 10 3/8 x 8 1/2", Real Red card stock for snowmen mat piece, 3 1/4 x 3 1/4.  Let it Snow DSP, 5 1/4 x 4 " for front and back of box, and 3 x 3 piece for layering on mat piece on front.

EMBELLISHMENTS:

Real Red ribbon to go around box.

TOOLS:

Paper snips, Tear and Tape, Bone Folder.

DIRECTIONS:

Score 10 3/8 x 8 1/2" piece of Coastal Cabana card stock on each end of short side at 1 3/8".

Cut up middle tabs to first score line:
