I saw this idea from Lisa Curcio at Lisasstampstudio.com. Here is the recipe:

SUPPLIES:

Stamps:

Beautiful Friendship (flower images) and Wonderful Moments (sentiments)

Paper:

Card Base: Calypso Coral - 5 1/8 x 5 3/8" scored at 4 1/8" on the 5 1/8' side.

Mat piece:  Calypso Coral - 3 7/8 x 3 7/8"

Thick Whisper White Paper - 5 1/4 x 3 7/8" for inside, and 2 7/8 x 3 1/8" for front.

Ink:

Memento Black Ink, Calypso Coral, Granny Apple Green.

Embellishments:

Gingham Gala Sequins, Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon (18")

Adhesives: Snail Adhesive, Mini Glue Dots

DIRECTIONS:

Stamp flower image and leaves on front and on inside piece as desired.  Stamp sentiments.  Adhere front Whisper White piece toward bottom of Calypso Coral mat piece before adhering to card base on small folded piece.

Tie ribbon around small folded edge of card base and stabilize with a glue dot.

Add sequins as desired.

Enjoy!
